Installation Manager

About the role

Responsible for installing doors, drawer fronts, roll-out trays, and new drawers & glides in cabinets. Duties also include measuring and drilling for hinges, knobs & handles, operating power hand tools, and performing demolition.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing
• Follow instructions given by project manager
• Follow our "Trustpoints" on every job
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently
• Show stellar work ethic
• Show excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
• Able to accurately measure and drill for hinges, knobs & handles
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts
• Able to install roll-out trays and new drawers & glides in cabinets
• Able to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun

Requirements

• Able to work in Kitchen Tune-Up Franklin, TN and surrounding communities
• Able to interact with customers on a professional & friendly level
• Able to take personal pride in a job well done the first time
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Able to operate a vehicle with a valid driver's license and a verifiable good driving record

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cabinet refacing
• Prior experience in cutting moldings
• Able to install crown molding
• Prior experience in cabinet making, finishing, modification and installation

Skills

• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions without deviating
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools
