Job Overview

Company: Tetra
Salary Range: $22 to $30 per hour (based on experience)
Location: North Richland Hills, Texas (Hybrid / 20% Travel Required within the local area.)
Employment Type: Full Time

Project Scope

Install, configure, and service complex access control systems including card readers, door hardware, and system controllers.
Terminate, route, and troubleshoot low-voltage wiring for networked surveillance systems and security infrastructure.
Diagnose technical hardware failures, wiring faults, and device communication performance issues in the field.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience with low-voltage wiring practices and structural cabling installations.
  • Solid technical understanding of access control systems and IP-based camera technology networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and work collaboratively within a dedicated, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a consistently clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily or commercial low-voltage security environments.
  • Working knowledge of core networking fundamentals, including device connectivity and IP addressing.
  • Manufacturer low-voltage or security industry technical certifications.
