Install Technician - Fire and Security System

About the role

The Senior Technician leads complex installations, provides advanced troubleshooting, and mentors apprentices and associates. This role ensures projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and commissioning of advanced fire alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Mentor and train apprentices and associates on technical skills.
• Ensure installations meet NFPA, state, and local codes.
• Cook up with inspectors, contractors, and customers.
• Provide advanced diagnostics and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of fire system installation experience.
• NICET Level II or higher strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of code compliance and system integration.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
