Install Technician

About the role

We're looking for a customer service-oriented individual with strong mechanical aptitude to join our team as a Service Technician. In this position, you will service, install, and repair residential water treatment equipment. You will move throughout the day, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide face-to-face customer service. This role is fundamental to our dealership's success and represents the Culligan brand in the community.

Responsibilities

• Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner
• Service, install, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment
• Go above and beyond to meet customers' needs
• Promote and sell other Culligan products and services
• Communicate vital customer information to other dealership departments

Requirements

• Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
• High level of motivation to complete tasks efficiently
• 1-year previous plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience preferred
• Ability to solve problems quickly and work under deadlines
• Physically demanding role: ability to move product up to 185 lbs
• Superb verbal and written communication skills
• 1+ year of customer service experience in a customer-focused position
• Must pass DOT physical exam, pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical skills assessment

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shift within 6 AM–6 PM (some days may exceed 8 hours)

Pay

Pay range: $24–$25 USD per hour, with a competitive base salary and high incentive potential.
