Job Description Primary Job Function: Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsInspect and perform equipment repairs and replacementsPerform routine preventative maintenanceRespond to emergency maintenance requestsAdhere to all safety policies and procedures Required Qualifications Insurable driving recordMust be able to pass a drug and medical screeningMust have a clean criminal background check3+ years of residential installation experienceExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customersStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsComfortable familiarity with HVAC wiring diagramsDemonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clientsStrong mechanical backgroundAbility to lift and move heavy objects Desired Qualifications CFC Universal CertificationNATE certification or the willingness to obtain certificationsEPA CertificationJourneyman license for St. Louis County or the willingness to obtain the certificationA driven work ethic with the willingness to learn and growExperience working for an established Heating & Cooling company.
