About the Role
Responsible for assisting with daily gutter installation as directed by the Field Gutter Manager. You will complete onsite customer installations and gutter fabrication using provided equipment in varying field conditions.
Responsibilities
- Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer locations
- Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness
- Assist the Field Gutter Manager in completing gutter and gutter protection installations
- Provide quality installation services by following established training processes
- Deliver excellent customer service while on job sites
- Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies
- Maintain an active and valid driver’s license and safely operate a box truck
- Ascend and descend ladders of varying heights to perform services
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation
- Demonstrated superior quality and attention to detail in installation processes
- Ability to multitask and shift focus between work activities to meet stakeholder demands
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment with a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality
- Strong active listening skills and ability to comprehend and respond thoughtfully
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficient and effective task completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external parties
- Ability to logically connect ideas, evaluate arguments, solve complex problems, and reflect on work
- Provide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, email, and social media interactions
- Strong emotional intelligence to manage emotions and foster positive working relationships
- Self-driven, accountable, and responsible for business goals, policies, and performance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access)
- Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship (e.g., H1B status)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, and/or inspection
Travel Requirements
Occasional overnight travel required.
Schedule
Additional hours may be required dependent on business need.

- Field office/manufacturing/construction environment
- Work outside in varying temperatures and climates
- Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects
