Key Responsibilities
- Perform punch-out and final service work on Pella windows and doors after installation
- Diagnose and correct issues such as: - Window and door alignment
- Sash and panel adjustments
- Hardware adjustments or replacement
- Weatherstripping repairs or replacement
- Miscellaneous glass, screen, or trim corrections
- Identify warranty vs. non-warranty issues and document findings accurately
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, builders, and site supervisors regarding work performed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, especially in finished homes
- Complete service tickets, photos, and reports accurately and on time
- Follow all Pella installation and service guidelines and safety standards
- Clock in and out on time
- Coordinate with service managers or dispatch for scheduling and parts needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience servicing or installing windows and doors (Pella experience preferred)
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Able to read service orders, installation guides, and technical documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders as needed
Skills/Knowledge
- AA or Technical degree preferred, High School Diploma with experience
- 4 - 5 years construction experience with leading projects
- Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is desirable but not required.

- Experience with Microsoft products to include: Excel, Word and Outlook and database and order processing products.
