Install MGMR ( Austin )

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the installation team, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration systems in both residential and commercial settings.
• Diagnose and resolve complex plumbing issues related to water filtration.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client questions or concerns.
• Enforce all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of plumbing experience.
• At least 5 years of management experience, leading a team of installers or technicians.
• Ability to oversee and complete multiple installs per day.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Reliable truck or van for transportation to job sites.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with other team members.
