In-Home Countertop Install Assistant (Full-Time)

About the Role

We’ve been transforming homes since 1961. With 16 branches and 4 manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, we install over 20,000 premium countertops every year.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installers with in-home countertop installations
• Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects (when needed)
• Safely carry and position stone materials (team lift required)
• Interact professionally with customers on job sites
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job site cleanliness
• Run occasional job site errands (materials, tools, etc.)
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• No experience required – we’ll train the right person
• Construction or installation experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Good communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 100–200 lbs (team lift)
• Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling
• Comfortable working in customers’ homes and job sites
• Willingness to travel locally (occasional out-of-town travel)
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed

$21/hr - $23/hr D.O.E.
