Primary Responsibilities
- Affixes various down-hole drilling tools for non-destructive testing (NDT).
- Determines if drilling tools and equipment meet industry standards.
- Performs inspections at various facilities and locations.
- Travels to inspection sites and stays for extended periods.
- Completes assigned tasks on time, meeting the expected standard and under appropriate supervision.
- Show concern for quality, accuracy, and completeness of work activities.
- Complies with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment (QHSE) standards and practices.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work long hours and be on call 24 hours/day.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
- Wears all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with management and co-workers.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
