We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Job Summary, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes Job Summary (which is basically description), Responsibilities (Essential Job Duties), Qualifications (Education, Training, Certifications, Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements, Communication Skills, Systems And Software Skills, Other Qualifications, Physical & Work Environment Requirements). Also Benefits section present. No Pay or Schedule info given. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Also we should not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, remove boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, application instructions. The posting includes many EEO statements; we should drop them. Also drop "About Us" maybe? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could map content to these headings. "About Us" could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description; maybe we can put under "About the role" or maybe we omit if not needed. The instruction says include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does have an "About Us" paragraph describing company. That could go under "About the role" (maybe). But the heading list includes "About the role". So we can use that heading for company overview and maybe job summary. However we also have a "Job Summary" section earlier. Could combine. We need to decide structure: maybe sections: About the role (includes Job Summary and About Us), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Qualifications etc), Benefits. Also maybe Skills as separate? The posting includes Skills under Qualifications: Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, etc. Also Communication Skills, Systems And Software Skills. Could put those under Skills section. Requirements could be Education, Training, Certifications, Experience. Physical & Work Environment Requirements maybe also under Requirements. We must not invent content. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to extract each piece and place appropriately. Let's parse the posting: Job Summary JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for gaining a working knowledge of and performing fire protection inspections and 24-hour service under direct supervision of an Inspection/Service Technician. We need to remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate etc. Also remove "Our Core Values PIPE" maybe? It's not a standard heading but could be considered part of About Us? It's substantive but not under standard headings. The instruction says we can use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should stick to those headings. The "Our Core Values" could be placed under About the role or maybe omitted if not fitting. But we should preserve all substantive information; we could include it under About the role as a paragraph. Similarly, the "About Us" paragraph is substantive; we can put under About the role. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading; we don't have job title given explicitly but we can ignore. We need to not include Pay or Schedule sections because no info. We need to include Benefits section as there is info. We need to include Skills section? The posting includes skills under Qualifications; we could create a Skills section and list them. But we also have a Qualifications section for education, training, certifications, experience. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Requirements" section maybe. But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could use Requirements for education/experience, Qualifications for certifications, Skills for skill list. However we must not create thin sections with little content. Let's see content volume. Education, Training, Certifications: HS Diploma or equivalent required. That's short. Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements: 0-2 years’ experience inspecting fire protection systems preferred. Must be able to work alone and as part of a team. Basic math skills, mechanical aptitude, problem solving skills, customer service skills, decision making skills, ability to multitasking, ability to meet project schedules, ability to plan and organize, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train other is required. Communication Skills: Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers. Systems And Software Skills: Ability to operate a computer and tablet, required. Experience with Sales Force and ERP systems, preferred. Other Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required. Must be able to comply with SFS’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement Physical & Work Environment Requirements: includes physical requirements and work environment. Thus we have
