About the role
Responsible for training and mentoring individuals in specialized skills related to Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE).
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs on NDE techniques and methodologies.
- Evaluate trainees' progress and provide feedback to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in NDE technologies and incorporate these into training curricula.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in NDE or related field.
- Proven ability to teach and mentor others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of various NDE techniques such as Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, and Magnetic Particle Inspection.
- Experience with NDE equipment and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for safety and quality assurance in NDE operations.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
