Inspector - Special Skills Instructor – (NDE) Specialist

About the role

Responsible for training and mentoring individuals in specialized skills related to Non-Destructive Evaluation (NDE).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on NDE techniques and methodologies.
• Evaluate trainees' progress and provide feedback to enhance their skills.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in NDE technologies and incorporate these into training curricula.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in NDE or related field.
• Proven ability to teach and mentor others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various NDE techniques such as Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, and Magnetic Particle Inspection.
• Experience with NDE equipment and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for safety and quality assurance in NDE operations.
