Inspector / Packer: Part-Time

About the role

Inspector Packers inspect plastic products for defects and pack to our customers' specifications. They work safely within a cooperative team environment, reading and comprehending specific job instructions, utilizing a scale to verify specifications, and completing numerous documents accurately and legibly. The position requires attention to detail and a quality‑conscious mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic products for defects according to inspection sheets.
• Pack products to customer specifications.
• Use a scale to verify product specifications.
• Complete inspection and packing documentation accurately and legibly.
• Read and follow specific job instructions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate safely with team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or currently pursuing a high school diploma (required).
• Proficiency in speaking and reading basic English (required).

Pay

Starting at $17.70 per hour.

Schedule

• Part‑time, 5‑hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, with frequent mandatory Fridays.
• Available shifts:
  • A Shift: 5:55 AM – 11:00 AM
  • B Shift: 10:55 AM – 4:00 PM
  • C Shift: 3:55 PM – 9:00 PM (+$1.50/hour shift premium)
  • D Shift: 8:55 PM – 2:00 AM (+$2.00/hour shift premium)
