Inspector Packer I

About the role

We’re hiring dependable, detail-oriented Inspector Packers to support production and ensure products meet quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products and verify package counts
• Assemble and tape boxes for shipping
• Perform routine quality checks throughout production
• Safely start and stop machinery following standard procedures

Requirements

• Ability to meet safety and quality standards
• Ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate processes demonstrated and other workplace procedures
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Six (6) months of experience in inspecting, packaging, or quality checking preferred

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Stand and move throughout a 8-hour shift
• Perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
• Lift, move, push, or pull materials regularly
• Steel-toed shoes required
