Inspector Operator

About the role

Inspection Operator at our Bristol, PA facility on 2nd and 3rd shift. Operate a rewinder/inspection asset to perform the final step of digital label production. Produce printed roll labels to meet on time delivery, high quality expectations, and in accordance with all customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production efficiency and quality.
• Complete all documentation and reporting accurately.
• Troubleshoot machine problems as it pertains to equipment and set up.
• Perform testing as required and understand what corrective actions could be necessary to achieve passing results.
• Absorb and maintain a high rate of productivity.
• Meet expectations for set up time and run speeds as established by the department leads.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with all production staff.
• Good mechanical background.
• Lift truck operating experience, at least one year.

Qualifications

• Twisting, turning, squeezing, grasping, reaching, reaching over equipment, kneeling, crawling, pulling, extended periods of standing, ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Long periods of concentration.

Skills
