About the role
Join a team that builds some of the world’s most advanced electronics for the aerospace and defense industry. As a Quality Auditor, you will use coordinate measuring machines and other inspection tools to verify that machined and welded components meet blueprint specifications and customer requirements. You will also provide quality-auditing support to shop floor operations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect machined and welded components to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Operate a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and other dimensional inspection equipment.
- Use scales, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and related inspection tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Document inspection results accurately.
- Identify and report quality issues or nonconforming materials.
- Provide auditing and quality support to shop floor operations.
- Follow established quality procedures and safety requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of related inspection or quality experience.
- Experience using basic inspection tools, including calipers, micrometers, scales, and height gauges.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Availability to work the second-shift weekend schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) experience.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Weld inspection experience.
- Experience with Faro Arm, Laser Tracker, or Keyence equipment.

Pay
Up to $27.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
