Inspector / Camera Person (Auto-Train)

About the Role

Drummac, Inc. is an integrated railroad services company specializing in mechanical and janitorial services for the transportation industry. With operations across the United States, we provide routine mechanical maintenance, inspections, repairs, audits, cleaning, and specialty railroad services, primarily serving the passenger rail sector.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of arriving vehicles for existing damage.
• Create digital video recordings of the exterior of each vehicle.
• Place protective coverings over the driver’s seat and floor.
• Wear and use required protective equipment while working.
• Take responsibility for personal safety on the job.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent reading, writing, and reasoning skills).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement conditions.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment screening process.

Pay

Starting rate for full-time Inspector/Camera Person candidates in Lorton, Virginia: $15.50 per hour.
