About the Role

This entry-level position is responsible for working in a manufacturing environment and safely operating production equipment to meet quality and production targets. Training will be provided. The role offers a pay rate of $23.03 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential for 3rd-shift opportunities (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

Responsibilities

  • Follow all safety procedures.
  • Perform compliance checks and complete paperwork, documentation, and reports.
  • Visually inspect wheels for defects or malformations.
  • Ensure the quality of produced parts, including inspection of all dimensional requirements according to the control plan and overall appearance.
  • Complete required paperwork.
  • Participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
  • Ensure 5S requirements are met.
  • Assist in problem-solving for identified issues in the department.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or 2 years of work experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience.
  • Manufacturing experience.
  • Data entry or computer skills.

Physical Demands

  • Lifting: Medium – Lift on an occasional basis a maximum of 40 pounds with frequent or constant lifting of 25 pounds.
  • Standing: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday).
  • Walking: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday).
  • Bending and Twisting: Constantly (greater than 80% of workday).
  • Temperature Extremes: Constantly (greater than 80% of time working in a non-climate-controlled, production environment).
  • Noise: Constantly (greater than 80% of time working in a noisy, production environment).

Pay
