Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough background checks on candidates to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement and maintain effective security screening procedures.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to hiring security measures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting background checks and security screenings.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing employment screening.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Criminal Justice, or a similar discipline.
• Experience in a professional setting that involves background checks and security screenings.
• Knowledge of software tools used for background checks and security screenings.
