The Role

You inspect cleaned rooms and public areas to ensure they meet brand, safety, and cleanliness standards. You support room attendants, provide feedback, and help resolve housekeeping issues throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision
• Strong eye for detail and quality
• Able to coach and motivate staff
• Good communication and organization skills
• Reliable and guest-focused
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends

• Sharp eye for detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
