Position Overview

• Lead and support the inspection team in daily operations
• Monitor production schedules and department progress to ensure on-time delivery performance
• Communicate potential delays, manpower concerns, or overtime needs to upper management proactively
• Assist hands-on with departmental tasks including unmasking, touch-up work, inspection support, and other production activities as needed
• Assign and adjust work tasks based on employee strengths, workflow efficiency, and department priorities
• Identify bottlenecks within processes and actively assist the team to maintain production flow
• Ensure employees are following company policies, procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
• Maintain a strong floor presence and provide leadership, accountability, and motivation to the team
• Encourage teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the department
• Speak up when processes appear inefficient or unclear and work with management to improve operations
• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams to support overall company goals
• Assist in training and developing employees within the department

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership skills preferred (e.g., previous supervisory roles, high school/collegiate sports team captains, or student organization leaders)
• Manufacturing or production environment experience strongly preferred but not required

Schedule

Shift Hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30am - 3:30pm, Friday 6:30am-12:30pm

Pay

Wage: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour (compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience)
