Job Description

We are looking for a reliable team member to assist with the intake, cleaning, and inspection of firefighter protective equipment. Training is provided—just bring your attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair all moisture barrier repairs on firefighter liners
• Relay all repairs found during inspections effectively in organized paperwork
• Ensure the flow and timely completion of all weekly tasks in cooperation with other staff
• Assist the Shop Managers to ensure company success where needed
• Follow NFPA 1851-compliant cleaning and inspection processes
• Lift and move items weighing 30 lbs or more
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general shop cleanup and workstation organization

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting heavy items
• Willingness to learn and follow safety standards

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be required.

Pay

$20.00 per hour
