Inspection

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the inspector team, Quality and Manufacturing Engineers, production floor personnel, and customers to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
• C Conduct thorough inspections of products under a microscope to ensure compliance with specified quality standards.
• Utilize computer skills to effectively manage inspection data using Microsoft Excel and Word, and learn new software programs as required.
• Work overtime as necessary to meet production and inspection deadlines.
• Read and interpret drawings, including schematics, to accurately assess product specifications.
• Use inspection instruments such as scales, tape measures, micrometers, and calipers to verify product dimensions and quality.
• Apply knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620C workmanship requirements and ANSI-J-STD-001 solder criteria to evaluate product quality.
• Understand and adhere to military specifications and customer requirements to ensure product compliance.
