Inspection Associate- 2nd Shift

What You'll Do

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as needed
• Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions
• Record production data and report issues to supervisors
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency
• Auxiliary with machine setups and changeovers (as trained)
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands.
• Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.

The Skills You'll Need

• Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient using Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Proficient with basic math and arithmetic
• Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18+
• Reliable transportation
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to train on 1st shift if required
