- Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as needed
- Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions
- Record production data and report issues to supervisors
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency
- Auxiliary with machine setups and changeovers (as trained)
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands.
- Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
- Ability to follow work instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs.)
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient using Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Proficient with basic math and arithmetic
- Ability to understand and follow safety policies and procedures
- Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic measurement equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- High School Diploma or GED
- Age 18+
- Reliable transportation
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to train on 1st shift if required
