The Role
Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Installer to support the responsibilities of Insomniac’s Visual Communications team. This position reports to the Project Manager. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for frame construction, signage installation, temporary power and lighting setup, and fence scrim installation at festival sites.
- Reports to Team Lead
- Works with urgency and precision
Qualifications
- OSHA 10 is required
- Comfortable with power tools and working with 8 foot ladders
- Being a team player, possess a positive attitude, able to learn quickly and take direction
- Heavy machinery certification is a plus but not required. Staff must have a copy of their card (digital or physical) when operating.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lb
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
- Must be open to work in extreme weather conditions and willing to work long hours on your feet
- Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
