About the role

The Box Office Attendant will provide high-level customer service related to ticketing at the box office or ticket resolution areas. Responsibilities include:

• Participating in a training session for the Front Gate box office system
• Quickly and efficiently identifying and distributing tickets to patrons
• Resolving scanning issues at the gate in a timely and courteous manner
• Administering cash and credit card transactions with the Front Gate POS system
• Maintaining a professional, upbeat attitude and smiling at all times in a fast-paced environment
• Keeping the area clean and organized
• Understanding and providing accurate information about the event
• Treating all attendees with equal respect and sincerity
• Understanding evacuation procedures and safe refuge locations
• Reporting to Box Office Management

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service-related work experience is preferred
• Comfortable with using a computer
• Professional interaction with all levels of individuals
