About the role

The role involves operating heavy equipment such as fork lifts, stakebeds, water trucks, dump trucks, front end loaders, skid steers, and earth moving equipment. Experience with these machines is preferred, along with certifications like OSHA and CDL.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as fork lifts, stakebeds, water trucks, dump trucks, front end loaders, skid steers etc.
• Earth moving equipment and/or CDL certifications and experience are a plus.
• Exterior leads can direct the crew in how to safely perform their job, work with vendors, manage inventory, and report maintenance for equipment.
• Signage crew hangs signs around the festival perimeter, installing signs with zip ties, on overhead trusses, and parking lot flags.
• Signage leads direct the signage crew, understand sign placement, and have a strong understanding of the local area, patron flow, key points of interest, and paths of travel.
• Shuttle loader/unloader roles involve successfully loading and unloading headliners from buses.
• Shuttle leads manage the shuttle staff, check in bus drivers, ensure smooth operation, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be able to walk long distances for long periods of time, constantly move, and stand.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Clean and presentable attire (show blacks).
• Motivated with an "Everything is possible" attitude.
• Active problem solver with a sense of urgency.

Qualifications

Work Environment

• Work in drastic temperature climates.
• Frequent travel to work events during holidays, evenings, and weekends, as required, to meet deadlines.

Pay

Salary range: $16.00 - $30.00 USD per hour. The expected compensation for this position is $16.90 USD per hour.

Shifts vary depending on the event and season. Some positions may require frequent travel to work events during holidays, evenings, and weekends.
