Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate liquidations, business rescue proceedings, and related creditor and debtor matters.
• Represent clients in High Court applications.
• Lead business rescue and restructuring mandates.
• Manage a team of practitioners (CAs, junior and senior associates).
• Maintain key client and practitioner relationships.

Requirements

• Admitted attorney with 10+ years PQE and strong insolvency and business rescue experience at director level.
• Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Insolvency Act, and related legislation.
• Experience representing diverse stakeholders (liquidators, creditors, and distressed entities).
• Commercial acumen to navigate complex restructuring dynamics with speed and authority.
