Director-level autonomy with genuine scope to shape how the practice evolves. 3. A firm culture that values depth of expertise over breadth of presence. Key Responsibilities Advise on corporate liquidations, business rescue proceedings, and related creditor and debtor matters. 2. Represent clients in High Court applications. 3. Lead business rescue and restructuring mandates. 4. Manage a team of practitioners (CA’s, junior and senior associates). 5. Maintain key client and practitioner relationships. Requirements Admitted attorney with strong insolvency and business rescue experience at director level. 2. Sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Insolvency Act, and related legislation. 3. Experience representing diverse stakeholders (liquidators, creditors, and distressed entities). 4. Commercial acumen to navigate complex restructuring dynamics with speed and authority. Key Skills Corporate liquidations and winding-up proceedings. 2. Business rescue planning and practitioner appointments. 3. High Court applications and urgent insolvency relief. 4. Stakeholder management across creditors, courts, and management. 5. Commercial restructuring strategy. CULTURE Cool-headed and precise when situations are volatile. 2.
