Insights Manager

Position Responsibilities Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questionsDistills and communicates key insights across all levels of the organizationPerform data analysis, build business models, and develop reports / dashboards to support supplier and retailer guidelines, including shelving guidance giving leverage to regional marketing teams for use by local sales teamsDelivery of standard category management practices: shelf management, promotion planning/analysis, pricing analysis, and business development projectsResponsible for supporting strategic planning by delivering forward-looking consumer/shopper analysis to increase our overall business through evaluating threats, implications, opportunities and making actionable recommendationsConduct supplier/brand analyses – including financials, pricing, profitability, and simulation models pertaining to market data to strategize business optimization, promotions, categories, pricing, forecasting, and planningTravel up to 15% of the timeOther duties as assigned Required Education And Experience Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education And Experience Master’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
