Insider Risk Technical Analyst

About the role

Insider Risk Technical Analyst supporting insider risk efforts by evaluating escalations, validating investigative materials, compiling evidence, documenting findings, collaborating with internal security and business partners, triaging user activity, and analyzing logs from DLP, SIEM, and other security platforms. This is a remote position for US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate escalations and validate materials for investigations
• Compile evidence from multiple sources to support insider risk cases
• Document findings for escalation or alert closure
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen security posture
• Triage user activity and coordinate findings with stakeholders
• Analyze logs from DLP, SIEM, and other security platforms

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an Insider Threat team, SOC, Threat Hunt, Digital Forensics, or Cyber Risk Management
• Hands‑on experience with SIEM, DLP, XDR, and eDiscovery solutions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight
• Effective problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to technical issues

Pay

$144,000 – $186,000 annually
