Inside Sales / Window Sales Specialist (1254)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Flexible start/end times

Responsibilities

• Determine customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Follow a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-sell additional products and supplies
• Answer telephones and enter sales orders
• Accept payment and apply it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse
• Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reorder products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Address and resolve service concerns, should they arise

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in window and door estimating (required)
• 1–2 years’ experience in roofing, siding, and windows (preferred, e.g., roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Detail and service-oriented

Pay

$27–$31/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
