About the role

As an Inside Sales Associate for our Parts Department, you’ll handle quotes and orders for customers, inventory, and account setup. You’ll serve as a liaison between manufacturers, customers, and our Sales team, while also supporting our Warehouse team with Counter sales and customer interaction. Responsibilities

• Set up quotes for customer pricing.
• Answer customer calls and identify parts.
• Team with the Sales department to address customer issues.
• Respond to customer proposals via telephone and email.
• Follow all company safety programs.
• Support warehouse operations by receiving and processing incoming inventory, verifying accuracy, and stocking products in a timely manner.
• Perform inventory management activities, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring orders are accurately packed, documented, and shipped on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment to support efficient daily operations.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, transport, and store materials, pallets, and products throughout the warehouse.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC proficiency or experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Great communication skills.
• Organizational skills.

Pay

Estimated compensation: $60,000–$75,000/year, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
