Inside Sales Team Lead/Lead Appointment Setter

The Role

The Ideal Candidate: Possesses 2+ yrs. Call Center Experience
Has Led an Appointment Setting Call Center 1+ yrs
Possesses Natural Leadership and Excellent Phone Skills
Follows, trains, and champions a script with ease
Measures, interprets, and communicates Call Center metrics with ease
Inspects what he or she expects
WOWs customers on the phone
Promotes the company online
Undertakes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
Works with a sense of urgency to serve clients, other team members, and to generally get the job done!

Responsibilities

• Maintain appointment schedules and open slots up to the minute
• Prevent low percentage appointments from clogging high percentage opportunities
• Mastery of assigned scripts and working at an acceptable pace
• Maintain accurate database information
• Minimize the cancellation rate
• Maximize lead/issue quality
• Maximize the AIP (Two-Party) Appointment Rate
• Ongoing Training and Management of Call Center staff

Requirements

• High school graduate; some college preferred
• Must pass background and drug test
• Wear a uniform and exhibit professional presence every day
• Dependable transportation, attendance and punctuality!

Schedule

9am-6pm Monday-Friday and occasional Saturday work 9am-1pm; when working a Saturday, will have fewer hours during the week; hours change based on changing company needs; this position must cover hours as needed

Pay

$25 per hour, plus pay-for-performance incentives after successful completion of the introductory period
