Your Role
- Processing sample requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing quotations, contracts and price agreements quickly in collaboration with Pricing Team and Account Managers
- Keeping system tracking up to date with all relevant data inputs
- Continuously updating customer master data
- Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces
- Supporting Sales and customers during entire Lead-to-Order process, including Opportunity management Requests for Information (RFI)
- Fulfilling administrative tasks to support Account Managers, including Forecast entry and New Product set ups
- Proactively managing any customer overdues
Your Profile
- College Degree
- 2 - 5 years of experience in sales operations or sales support, ideally within the Food & Beverage, or ingredient industry
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability
- Operate in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment with full control and responsibility of achieving business objectives
Compensation
Salary Range - $75,000 – 90,000
