Inside Sales Specialist

About the role
You will be a critical player on the team, managing projects from beginning to end. This role offers variety and flexibility to assist where needed, focusing on problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced environment while building trust and maintaining relationships. You will contribute to the sales process, identify upsell opportunities, and manage current accounts. Additionally, you will oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all levels of accounts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success working with customers
- Inventory sales/order systems experience
- Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply (preferred)
