Inside Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Support Specialist provides outstanding customer service and post-sales support to residential and commercial building product customers. This role focuses on strengthening long-term client relationships, supporting the outside sales team, managing product and inventory-related tasks, and contributing to sales growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This role is fully onsite in Rockaway (also noted as based out of Denville, NJ).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Answer incoming calls from existing clients and proactively make outbound calls to provide order status updates and address any issues that may arise.
• Support the outside sales team with client correspondence, follow-up communications, and coordination of customer needs.
• Manage assigned product responsibilities, including monitoring inventory levels, assisting with indirect product sourcing, and managing inventory turns.
• Promote designated products to inside sales employees and assist in developing product pricing strategies and promotional literature
