Inside Sales Representative - Nucor Towers & Structures

About the role

Nucor Towers & Structures Inc, a division of Nucor, the nation’s largest recycler and largest manufacturer of steel and steel products, is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of Inside Sales Representative at our business unit headquartered in Rock Hill, SC.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage the inquiry process and communication throughout the pre-sale cycle
• Manage the bid calendar and organize inquiry requirements to support the region’s sales strategy
• Track inquiries from bid to order, perform order entry & acknowledgement, and conduct contract reconciliation
• Track rebates and coordinate project transition to the sales-service team
• Assist Regional Commercial Manager(s) on bids, orders, and other pre-sale requirements as needed
• Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Qualifications

• 3 years or more experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Experience using an ERP/CRM
