About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Representatives in our New Castle, DE office.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with business owners and private customers to understand their needs
  • Recommend machines, tools, and accessories tailored to each application
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Prepare and present quotes and close sales opportunities
  • Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales process
  • Participate in occasional trade shows across the United States
  • Progress through a structured training program covering equipment from entry-level machines to advanced CNC systems

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone presence and communication skills
  • Strong closing ability and sales confidence
  • High-volume phone sales experience preferred
  • Mechanical or technical mindset is a plus
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and general computer use
  • Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows
  • Woodworking or industrial experience is a plus (not required)
