Inside Sales Representative (Dental Implants)
About the role
Smart Arches Dental Implant Centers is expanding and seeks experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join their dynamic team. This role requires strong closing ability and a high volume of phone calls, focusing on building trust and guiding patients through dental implant decisions.
Responsibilities
- Cover high-volume outbound and inbound calls with prospective patients
- Provide education on dental implant solutions and schedule consultations
- Build trust quickly and guide patients through their care journey
- Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to ensure strong appointment conversion
- Work closely with clinical and operations teams for a seamless patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven inside sales experience with strong closing ability
- Comfortable in a phone-heavy role with high daily call activity
- Preferred experience working with dental organizations, healthcare, or treatment coordination
- Strong communication, empathy, and objection-handling skills
- Coachable, competitive, and performance-driven mindset
- Able to manage follow-up pipelines to maximize appointment set and show rates
KPIs
- Appointments Set – Successfully scheduling qualified consultations
- Appointments Shown – Ensuring patients attend their scheduled consultations

Remote Role
This is a remote position available only in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone. High accountablity environment with coaching and leadership support, professional team focused on preparation, performance, and growth.

Schedule Requirement
Candidates must reside in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone. Flexibility may be required to support peak patient coverage.
Physical/Mental Demands and Work Environment
- Regularly stand, walk, use hands and arms to operate general office equipment
- Occasionally lift and/or move between 10 and 25 pounds
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus
- May need to travel to healthcare practices
Company Safety
