About the role
Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Stamford, CT. This is a sales position focused on outbound performance and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar
- Qualifying potential customers
- Scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of outbound calling or inside sales experience
- Strong computer literacy, with a strong preference for Salesforce or CRM experience
- Exceptional communication skills with a confident, persuasive closing style
- Must be locally based or able to commute to our Stamford, CT office daily (no relocation assistance)

Pay
$65,000 – $80,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
