About the role

Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Stamford, CT. This is a sales position focused on outbound performance and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar
  • Qualifying potential customers
  • Scheduling free consultations for the outside sales team

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of outbound calling or inside sales experience
  • Strong computer literacy, with a strong preference for Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with a confident, persuasive closing style
  • Must be locally based or able to commute to our Stamford, CT office daily (no relocation assistance)

Pay

$65,000 – $80,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Commission)
