Inside Sales Representative

Founded in Denver in 1987, QED aims to provide high-quality electrical products and services to the industry. QED employs over 500 associates across 18 branches within Arizona and Colorado to serve commercial and residential contractors, industrial facilities, and OEM businesses. Responsibilities
- Establish and improve customer relationships, process quotes and orders for customers.
- Build rapport with customers to better understand sales territory, schedules, and customer needs by phone and customer visits.
- Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders for products.
- Solicit sales of new or additional products.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Use and continuously develop personal technical knowledge of general and specialty merchandise items to assist customers and other company personnel.
- Handle difficulties with customers with diplomacy and seek assistance when needed.
Requirements
- Intermediate product and application knowledge essential.
- Customer-oriented and motivated with excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on an excellent customer experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office as well as relevant ERP systems and Customer Relation Management Tools (CRM).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills

- Intermediate product and application knowledge.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant ERP systems and CRM tools.

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
