Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities
- Preparing quotes for potential customers
- Preparing computer generated work orders for customers
- Handling and processing customer returns
- Working closely with Branch Manager
- Developing and maintaining a working technical knowledge of products sold
- Cooking customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher
- Occasionally purchasing inventory
- Maintaining material stock in showroom
Qualifications
- Must have a can-do, customer service-first attitude
- Basic math skills
- A good memory to retain a working technical knowledge on vast amounts of building materials
- Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication or metal roofing is a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to the Company’s mission and its core values
