Inside Sales Representative
About the role
This position will be fully integrated with our In-Building Wireless Solutions Team and will initially provide dedicated support for a strategic customer program. You will introduce customers to integrated wireless system communications products to increase sales channel activity daily.
- Support strategic customer programs through outreach, contact validation, opportunity qualification, meeting and site-assessment scheduling, proposal follow-up, and coordination with Account Executives and internal technical teams.
- Maintain accurate customer, site, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM while tracking assigned accounts through established program milestones.
- Research and search for potential customers and clients that may need solutions, using sales leads based on information from various market data sources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, determining their communication needs and recommending equipment.
- Provide quotes and negotiate prices and credit terms with customers.
- Provision equipment, gather programming, and enter information.
- Ensure on-time customer delivery, training, and successful deployment.
- Maintain dates, notes, quotes, and follow-up while managing opportunities through CRM.
- Familiarize yourself with competitors' products and sell against them.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales support experience within the telecommunications or electronics industry.
- Previous CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.
- Understanding of radio frequency is a plus.
- Experience selling technology or telecommunications B2B is a plus.
- Proven experience prospecting over the phone for new B2B opportunities.
- Proven sales skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office suite of products.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage various activities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to explain product features and benefits.

- Reach with hands and arms, climb stairs.
- Talk or hear, lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bend.
- Frequently utilize near vision for reading and computer use.
- Occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds.
- Frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
