MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to support our fast-growing Data division. As a Military Friendly Employer, we welcome veterans, with over 250 already on our team.

About the role

This position will be fully integrated with our In-Building Wireless Solutions Team and will initially provide dedicated support for a strategic customer program. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and internal technical teams to drive sales and ensure successful deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce customers to integrated wireless system communications products to increase daily sales.
  • Support strategic customer programs through outreach, contact validation, opportunity qualification, meeting and site-assessment scheduling, proposal follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer, site, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM while tracking assigned accounts through established program milestones.
  • Research and identify potential customers using sales leads from various market data sources.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, determining their communication needs and recommending equipment.
  • Provide quotes, negotiate prices and credit terms, and ensure on-time delivery, training, and deployment.
  • Provision equipment, gather programming details, and enter information into systems.
  • Manage opportunities in CRM, including dates, notes, quotes, and follow-ups.
  • Familiarize yourself with competitors' products and effectively sell against them.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales support experience within the telecommunications or electronics industry.
  • Previous CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.
  • Understanding of radio frequency is a plus.
  • Experience selling technology or telecommunications B2B is a plus.
  • Proven experience prospecting over the phone for new B2B opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.

Work Environment

The role is primarily office-based. Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, sitting, use of hands for typing and handling, reaching with arms, climbing stairs, talking, hearing, and near vision for reading and computer use. Occasionally, you may need to lift equipment up to 15 pounds or position yourself to maintain computers and other equipment.

Travel may be required to support company and customer needs.
