Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Reports to Director, Inside Sales and Customer Service. Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Accounting, Project Management, and Operations.

About the role

Primary responsibility: to support MIRATECH direct and independent sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales support to improve the effectiveness of MIRATECH's outside sales personnel—both staff and independent sales agents.
  • Provide customer service for inbound inquiries/transactions through calls and internet requests.
  • Develop detailed working knowledge of MIRATECH's products, markets, and customers through training and territory sales coverages.
  • Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to grow and develop relationships.
  • Manage in-house account relationships and sales.
  • Respond to customer and regional sales managers' requests, generate proposals, maintain CRM database, manage documents, track order status, and generate reports.
  • Serve as liaison between Engineering, Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Customers.
  • Regularly input call notes and other important account information in CRM system to track customer contact history.
  • Assist with coordinating presentations for outside sales, reps, and customers.
  • Communicate and follow-up on sales leads with customers, RSMs, and sales channels.
  • Manage customer and product complaints to Quality team.
  • Travel as needed with outside sales for ongoing training/development.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience of 3+ years.
  • Previous customer service and/or sales skills required.
  • Experience with the use of CRM, ERP, or other large database systems preferred; Syspro experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Drive to meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
