Inside Sales Representative

Korn Ferry is engaged in a search for multiple Inside Sales Representatives for a remote contract-to-hire opportunity with an Insurance client. This role offers paid training, licensing in all 50 states, and a dynamic position focused on warm leads (no cold calls).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls driven by TV, internet, mail, and third-party marketing.
• Consult customers on their insurance needs and match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into customers.
• Act as a passionate seller, using sales expertise to turn prospects into confident customers.
• Serve as a front-line liaison, representing the client’s brand and connecting customers with the right products for their needs.
• Work reliably as a teammate, adapting to different environments, schedules, and customer needs—whether remote or in-office.
• Close sales with a customer-centric approach, prioritizing integrity and ensuring customers receive quality products and services.

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED.
• At least 1-3 years of sales experience preferred (recent college graduates may be considered).
• Strong phone presence and competitive nature.
• Excellent time management skills with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and self-discipline.
• Previous work-from-home experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements

• Use a webcam and video during huddles, 1:1s, and meetings.
• Ensure quality connectivity with a hard-wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi and satellite internet are not allowed).
• Maintain a dedicated workspace free from noise or distractions.
