Inside Sales Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Sales Specialist to join our on-site team. In this role, you will call homeowners who have expressed interest in our services to set appointments for in-home demonstrations and price estimates. You’ll receive complete training on how to speak knowledgeably about our replacement window and bathroom remodeling services, helping homeowners discover benefits such as increased home resale value and energy savings.
We provide comprehensive training, targeted 1:1 coaching, and continuous mentoring to help you learn, earn, and thrive in your sales career. Our low turnover reflects the quality of our training, coaching, and opportunities for those who qualify.
Responsibilities
- Call homeowners who have expressed interest in our services to set appointments for in-home demonstrations and price estimates.
- Speak knowledgeably about replacement window and bathroom remodeling services.
- Help homeowners discover benefits such as increased home resale value and energy savings.
- Follow scripts and engage in persuasive conversations to uncover needs and overcome objections.
Requirements
- Comfortable with performance-based goals.

- Strong verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
- Minimum of 3 years of Call Center/Inside Sales experience (required).
- Experience in Collections or related fields (a plus).
