Inside Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone. This role also provides administrative support to service centers, including answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data. The position requires exceptional customer service and meeting daily call volume standards. Compensation includes an hourly rate plus commissions.

Responsibilities

• Influence and educate existing or potential customers on services that best meet their needs and enroll them in those services.
• Partner with Outside Sales by generating leads and appointments through telephone conversations.
• Work on lead-generating programs created by the corporate Inside Sales Department.
• Document interactions and call activity with each customer in our customer relations management system.
• Support the administrative team by answering inbound calls for scheduling, billing, or problem resolution.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Able to pass internal technical exams.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week with minimal overtime as needed.
