Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to key customer locations
- Quote spot buy opportunities to support emergent demands
- Manage your assigned accounts by taking proactive and regular actions related to sales and account support
- Support the business by tracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting inbound shipments, and troubleshooting delivery issues
- Aid in the inventory monitoring and replenishment process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-4 years of industry experience or Associate degree with equivalent related experience
- Time management skills and multi-tasking flexibility
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Excel experience - pivot tables, VLOOKUP skills preferred
