Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Support Specialist will partner with Account Managers to empower our sales team and ensure alignment for our client base. This role focuses on resolving customer account needs and fostering long-term satisfaction through dedicated service and coordination.
- Partner with Account Managers to provide seamless service to our professional community.
- Ensure alignment on customer account needs by resolving inquiries promptly and thoughtfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain excellent records and account health.
- Provide meaningful assistance to ensure clients feel supported and heard.
- Advance internal processes to improve the overall customer journey.
- Foster a sense of partnership across departments to resolve complex inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a collaborative and team-oriented approach to daily office operations.
Requirements
In particular, you will:
- Exhibits customer focused behavior such as building positive relationships and strives to understand customer’s needs, both internal and external.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills to include the ability to multi- task and effectively manage projects in a diverse organization.
- Sells industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding supplies and related equipment to customers
- Advise customers on equipment and materials needed and procedures to follow to complete tasks they wish to perform.
- Arrange for delivery of cylinders and hard-goods.
- Stock and maintain showroom displays.
- Assist in the fill plant when needed.
- Unload incoming delivery trucks from suppliers and vendors.
- Visually inspect and receive incoming products
- Post product receipts into the computer system
- Put away incoming products.
- Pull back orders.
- Pull product orders for driver deliveries.
- Pull orders for will-call customers.
- Prepare outgoing UPS orders and enter information into the computer
- Stock shelves for the retail store and at customer sites.
